How is your spring going? April was fairly rainy and I have to say… it’s hard to embrace the rain sometimes BUT that’s why we’ll get to have beautiful flowers this month 💐
I am reflecting on what discomfort [rain] means in life. The rain bring us flowers; discomfort brings about changes, new experiences which in turn gives us a fuller life [flowers].
It’s been so amazing to have new buttkickers join my weekly classes, it’s been a month since I started teaching at the new location and I have to say that the progress I see on the regulars is so encouraging! Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp classes are not easy but the progress is undeniable. Better form on the moves, more stamina, strong push ups, greater mind body connection…etc. What other goals and challenges are you choosing? How about reducing the amount of processed foods that are present in your diet? Sugars? More sleep? Letting go of negativity or brushing it off? Challenge yourself and enjoy the positive things that come from taking charge of your reality. Let me know how I can help you!
